제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 ClueStep(이하 '본 서비스')의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 본 서비스는 행·열 힌트를 푸는 정적 웹 게임입니다.
제2조 (서비스의 성격)
- 본 서비스는 회원가입, 로그인, 결제 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 작성하는 게시물 기능이 없습니다.
- 게임 진행 상황은 서버에 저장되지 않으며, 브라우저에서만 동작합니다.
- 언어 선택은 브라우저 localStorage에 저장됩니다.
제3조 (이용조건)
본 서비스는 웹 브라우저에서 누구나 이용할 수 있으며, 별도의 가입 절차나 이용 계약의 성립 없이 페이지 접속만으로 이용할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (저작권)
본 서비스의 게임 콘텐츠와 코드의 저작권은 DFD365에 있습니다. 개인적·비상업적 이용 범위 내에서 자유롭게 이용할 수 있으며, 무단 복제·재배포는 허용되지 않습니다.
제5조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)
본 서비스는 사전 예고 없이 내용이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스는 '있는 그대로' 제공되며, 이용으로 발생한 문제에 대해 법적으로 허용되는 범위 내에서 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
제6조 (광고 및 분석)
본 서비스는 Cloudflare Web Analytics를 사용하여 페이지 방문, 페이지뷰, 기본 성능 지표를 측정합니다. 현재 광고 SDK는 활성화되어 있지 않으며, 게임 시작·퍼즐 완료 같은 사용자 정의 이벤트는 아직 수집하지 않습니다. Cloudflare가 분석 제공자로 동작할 수 있으며, 자세한 처리 내용은 Cloudflare의 정책을 참고하시기 바랍니다. 향후 광고 또는 추가 분석 도구를 도입하는 경우 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침을 갱신합니다.

These terms govern the use of ClueStep ("this service"), a static web puzzle game based on row and column clues.
Article 2 (Nature of the service)
- This service does not offer account registration, login, or payments.
- There is no user-posted content feature.
- Game progress is not saved on any server; the game runs entirely in your browser.
- Your language preference is stored in your browser's localStorage.
Article 3 (Conditions of use)
The service is available to anyone with a web browser. No registration or membership agreement is required; access to the page is sufficient.
Article 4 (Copyright)
Copyright in the game content and code belongs to DFD365. You may use the service freely for personal, non-commercial purposes; unauthorized copying or redistribution is not permitted.
Article 5 (Changes and discontinuation)
The service may be changed or discontinued without prior notice. The service is provided "as is," and, to the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for problems arising from its use.
Article 6 (Advertising and analytics)
This service uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits, page views, and basic performance metrics. No advertising SDKs are currently enabled, and custom events such as game starts or puzzle completions are not yet collected. Cloudflare may act as the analytics provider; please refer to Cloudflare's policies for details. If advertising or additional analytics tools are introduced later, these terms and the privacy policy will be updated.

第4条 (著作権)
本サービスのゲームコンテンツおよびコードの著作権は DFD365 に帰属します。 個人的・非商用の範囲で自由に利用できますが、無断での複製・再配布は認められません。
第5条 (変更および中止)
本サービスは予告なく変更または中止される場合があります。サービスは「現状有姿」で 提供され、利用により生じた問題について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
第6条 (広告および分析)
本サービスは Cloudflare Web Analytics を使用して、ページ訪問、ページビュー、 基本的なパフォーマンス指標を測定します。現在、広告SDKは有効化されておらず、 ゲーム開始・パズル完了などのカスタムイベントは現時点では収集していません。 Cloudflareが分析提供者として動作する場合があり、詳細な取り扱いについては Cloudflareのポリシーをご参照ください。今後、広告や追加の分析ツールを導入する場合は 本規約およびプライバシーポリシーを更新します。
